Coronavirus – information for our customers
We would like to let you know what steps Adrienne Shoes is taking during these uncertain times. We will continue doing what we do to provide you with beautiful shoes.
It’s a difficult time for all of us, and we really feel for our customers who may be affected by the impact from the current pandemic.
As a small business, we are feeling the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic too, but we love what we do, and want to share that love with you too - our loyal, new, and even potential customers...
We are taking the following measures to ensure that we meet our customers expectations:
We will continue to DHL and Royal Mail. Both services are taking the utmost care for safety of their staff and customers. Please ask the courier to leave your parcel at the front door or at a location which is at least 1 meter between you and the courier.
We're working from home and will be able to respond to any queries that you may have.
We will ensure that we follow the government guidelines when handling products:
Wash our hands
Use antibacterial sanitizer/wipes
Use gloves to package our products
To help you get through this difficult time, we are offering:
•Extended return policy up to 12 weeks,
Stay positive, be safe, and for the time being, stay home!
